Tinhvan Software & Tinhvan Group Year-End Party 2023: Grow Up
Closing the year 2023, Tinhvan Software is proud to have gone through a challenging yet meaningful journey with many important and memorable milestones. On the evening of February 5th, the Year End Party - the end-of-year celebration of the Tinhvan Software and Tinhvan Group's big family took place at Trang An Palace, attended by the management board and nearly 500 employees.
This year's ceremony was marked by many meaningful activities, from lively cultural performances by the Tinhvaners themselves to exciting mini-games with attractive prizes, and most importantly, deep and thoughtful sharing by the management team and all employees about the past year 2023 – about the difficulties overcome, the achievements made, and the goals set for the coming year 2024.
Moreover, the YEP was more explosive than ever with the 2023 Star Awards being presented to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the company. This year, Tinhvan Group and Tinhvan Software were honored to award these prizes to the following outstanding representatives:
- Phuong Hoang Award: For the Best Leader of 2023 – Mr. Chu Giang Nam – BU3 Director
- Ky Lan Award: For the Best Manager of 2023 – Mr. Tham Duc Thang – CTO of TSO
- Dai Hung Award: For the Best Employee of 2023
- Ms. Trinh Thi Quyen – Test Leader BU1
- Ms. Pham Thi Anh Nguyet – Sales Admin BU2
- Mr. Pham Duc Hai – Business Analyst
