Talkdesk representatives visited Tinhvan Software's headquarters in Hanoi

On November 7, 2022, Tinhvan Software was honored to welcome Talkdesk partner representatives to visit our headquarters in Hanoi and discuss future cooperation plans. The meeting was attended by Mr. Chris Borg - Senior Channel Manager, Mr. Koh Chee Keong - Channel Solution Consultant, Mr. Ken Jern - ASEAN Regional Sales Manager along with representatives of sales and marketing departments and technology department of Tinhvan Software.

Talkdesk is a cloud-based artificial intelligence software and call center platform which was recognized by analysts as a Leader in Customer Experience. Talkdesk offers a better way for organizations to unlock the promise and potential of great customer experience.

Mr. Chris Borg, Senior Channel Manager at Talkdesk said “The partnership with Tinhvan Software will help to further extend our market reach to the APAC market. Mr. Ken Jern, Regional Sales Director, ASEAN at Talkdesk also shared some information about Japan market that some customers have contacted Talkdesk and showed their interest in Contact Center as a service.

“Tinhvan Japan could be a business point to help Talkdesk contact the Japanese market,” Mr. Tung, Global Sales Director of Tinhvan Software said “In addition, we already have a plan to reach some potential customers in the Vietnamese market. We are delighted to partner with Talkdesk and gain support for the pre-sale process.”

Mr. Koh Chee Keong, Channel Solution Consultant at Talkdesk also discussed the technical part with Mr. Thang, CTO of Tinhvan Software as well as simulated the operating cycle of the system when there was a real call.
