On the afternoon of December 1st, Tinhvan Software's Hanoi office hosted a workshop titled "Understanding Japanese Corporate Culture" for all employees from both the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices. The workshop aimed to explore and learn from one of the world's foremost corporate cultures.
The workshop featured Do Thi Tam, COO of Tinhvan Japan, as the speaker. With eight years of studying and working in Japan, Ms. Tam has closely experienced the "Land of the Rising Sun." She provided multifaceted and deep insights, sharing not just knowledge but also opening doors to understanding through real-life stories and personal experiences.
The workshop began with a detailed presentation on Japanese leadership styles, highlighting a culture of discipline and meticulous attention to detail.
