JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales of products and services: the company has 3 packaged software: e-Office, eLearning, Document Management (DMS) and software outsourcing
Developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
Approaching and utilizing source of new customers in order to discuss business opportunities
Keeping and maintaining relationship with existing customers
Presenting solutions and projects to customers to sign contracts
Drafting the contracts, issuing invoices, liquidating contracts...
Supporting project team during project implementation
Supervising and coordinating with the development team, handling issues related to the client's project under management
Analyzing & forecasting the situation of customers and markets, propose necessary countermeasures in a timely manner
Personnel with management experience will be appointed as head of department

Proficient in one of two foreign languages, English or Japanese N2 (required)
3+ years of experience in a sales position
Used to work at Sales position in the field of Information Technology (selling IT solutions, selling packaged software, software outsourcing services)
Have experience in meeting the sales target in this position
Have coherent communication skills, sales skills, problem solving skills, good presentation skills
Preference is the experienced applicant in IT field as a salesperon

Salary would negotiate according to capacity from 15 million to 25 million + bonus based on sales
Holiday bonus, Tet bonus according to the company's overall business results
Salary review once per year or on excellent performance
Have the opportunity to go on business trips abroad which countries in charge
Standard process according to CMMI3 standard.
