JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recruitment activities: 80% of the working time
  • Implementing the recruitment of positions related to the field of Information Technology software such as Programmer, Tester, BA
  • Performing all tasks related to recruitment: Compose recruitment information, search for candidates, process candidate profiles, contact interviews, negotiate offers, new employees...
  • Implement recruitment connection programs and potential recruitment channels.
  • Areas of work related to branch office administration: take up 20% of the time
  • Perform all HR-related administrative tasks: Socializing the new employees

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university in HR related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and human resource management, preferably in IT recruitment
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment related work.
  • Confident in communication to be able to directly communicate and interview candidates.
  • Understanding of labor law and state legal documents related to work.
  • Preference is the experienced applicant in IT field as a recruiter
  • Ability to read and understand English or Japanese, write documents if required
