Pre-sales & Systems Consultant Ha Noi Office Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Products: Software developed for manufacturing industry such as; production control system, online manual system, and etc.
Customer: Japanese manufacturing companies in Vietnam. The applicant will work with Japanese and Vietnamese customers.
Team: Japanese team from the partner company will work closely with the applicant and provide necessary support both online and offline.
Supporting to find new business opportunities with manufacturing companies.
Discussing with potential customers to understand their business and operational issues.
Analyzing potential customers’ needs and proposing solutions
Preparing and giving demonstrations of the system for customers
Handling the system implementation while getting support from the team
Providing support to existing customers and maintaining relationships with them

Proficient in Japanese to discuss with Japanese team and customers. N2 level. (required)
2-3 years of work experience in IT field (required)
Work experience with Japanese teams or customers (preferred).
Work experience in manufacturing industry (preferred).
Personnel with hard-working attitude willing to develop the required skills and learn about products.

Monthly income according to capacity: from 15 to 24 million/month + project bonusa
Added bonus according to project time and project resultsa
Business bonus before Lunar New Year at least 1 month salary (from 1 to 3 month-salary/year)a
Public Holidays, birthdays and New Year's bonuses are fixed: 500ka
Salary review once a year in the third quarter and irregularly on excellent performancea
