The client wants to develop a Loyalty mobile app system to increase the engagement with consumers and encourage them to come over for shopping. Besides, transforming the marketing way from pager stuffs such as voucher, mailer to e-voucher and e-mailer helps reducing printing cost and paper use, therefore increasing the effectiveness of their marketing programs.
