TinhVan Technologies JSC. (Head office: Hanoi, Vietnam; Chairman: Hoang To; hereinafter “Tinhvan”) hereby announces that it has agreed to conclude a business alliance agreement with Needs Well Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and Representative Director: Hajime Matsuoka; hereinafter “Needswell”), an IT company listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, for the purpose of technological collaboration centered on AI-driven development and the strengthening of a global development structure.
- Purpose of the Business Alliance
In recent years, with the rapid evolution of generative AI, the way systems are developed is facing a major turning point.
At Tinhvan, as a leading IT company in Vietnam, we possess an abundant track record in system development for government agencies, the public finance field and financial institutions, and also hold multiple project results utilizing AI-driven development. We have experience with AI-driven development in system development projects for Japan as well, and have accumulated high technical capability and abundant development know-how.
Needswell, on the other hand, is advancing the sophistication of design, development, testing and operation through the use of AI, and is engaged in “AI-driven development,” which contributes to its customers’ DX promotion and to improved development productivity.
Through this alliance, the two companies will integrate their technical capabilities, development know-how and human resources to advance the practice and sophistication of AI-driven development, while aiming to create new solutions that support the DX promotion of Japanese enterprises.

The two companies will promote collaboration mainly in the following fields.
- Advancement of AI-Driven Development
Toward the sophistication of system development processes utilizing generative AI, the two companies will jointly develop methodologies and development standards and conduct technical verification, thereby realizing improvements in productivity and in quality.
- Strengthening of the Global Development Structure
By combining TinhVan Technologies JSC.’s abundant engineering resources with Needswell’s business know-how and project management capabilities, the companies will strengthen the development structure for the Japanese market and enhance their ability to provide services to customers.
- Joint Research and Technical Exchange in Advanced Technology Fields
The companies will promote joint research and technical exchange in advanced technology fields such as AI, cloud, data utilization and security, and will work to create new services and solutions.
- Promotion of Joint Proposals and Joint Sales
The companies will make joint proposals that leverage the customer bases and strengths of both parties, supporting the DX promotion of Japanese enterprises while also advancing the development of new markets.
Future Outlook
Through this alliance, Needswell will further accelerate its practice of AI-driven development and will proceed to provide high value-added services that leverage global technical capabilities and development resources. In addition, with regard to the research and development activities in advanced technology fields undertaken by Needswell, the Company will utilize the abundant technical knowledge and development know-how held by TinhVan Technologies JSC. to advance the sophistication of its research and development and to promote commercialization.
